MESSAGING SUMMARY

By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to receive text messages from SML Hearing Center regarding Appointment Reminders, Customer Care/Support, Feedback Requests and Office Notifications.

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services. 

The Text and Email notification service sends four types of messages Appointment Reminders.

TYPES OF MESSAGES  

1. Messages regarding scheduled appointments
2. Customer Care/Support: Two-way text conversations, including answering patient questions
3. Feedback Requests: Survey requests asking patients for reviews or experience feedback
4. Office Notifications: Important updates including changes to operating hours

 

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Messages will be sent periodically based on your appointments and interactions with our office. Frequency may vary depending the services you utilize. 

 

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply.  Please check with your mobile carrier for details on messaging costs.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

STOP INSTRUCTIONS

Text STOP to <OFFICENUMBERTBA> to opt out of SMS Messages. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
